Christian Kuhna is the founder and CEO of USDC, Urban Society Design Consultancy, Shanghai, China. He worked for 20 years in Leadership positions in Communications, HR and Innovation at the headquarters of Daimler, Siemens, and adidas – where he built the adidas University – and moved to China in 2017.

Christian now helps international brands and corporations transform their digitalization process, innovation culture and leadership through Design Thinking, he teaches at the Alibaba Business School GDT Program in Hangzhou, at the Jiaotong Shanghai University Global EBA, and at the post-graduate program of Nagaoka Technical University in Japan on “Think like a Futurist”.
