Dr. Ying-Qing Xu is a professor of Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, Beijing China. At Tsinghua University, he serves as director of the Future Lab, director of the Lab for Lifelong Learning (TULLL), and director of Tsinghua-Alibaba Joint Research Laboratory for Natural Human Computer Interaction. Dr. Xu has published over 100 research papers and granted patents. His research interesting includes the user experience design, human computer interaction, immersive perception & interaction, tangible perception & interaction, e-heritage, and natural user interface. He is a member of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), CAA (China Artists Association), CDIA (China Industrial Design Association), a senior member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), and a distinguished member of CCF (China Computer Federation).
